Return Policy

Refund/Exchange:

All items have lived an eventful life full of experiences with stories to tell. Along the way, they may have received bumps and bruises- battle scars, if you will. We take pride and honor in offering each piece and strive to highlight any notable sign of character. Please do request additional measurements and photos of any area of concern prior to purchase as we do not offer returns nor exchanges. Feel free to contact us at alisa@ebbandiv.com.

A 20% restocking fee is due if an order is canceled due to delivery issues.

Local Pickup:

If you intend to pick up from our studio in Nashville, Tennessee, select "Local Pickup" at checkout and contact us to coordinate shipping. All items must be picked up within 7 days of the purchase date unless other arrangements have been made in advance. All items not picked up within allotted timeframe are subject to an additional $50 per day storage fee.

Shipping:

We ship smaller items (books, art, decorative items) within 7 days from the date of purchase. Please note, once the shipment is marked “delivered”, it is out of our hands. We are unable to offer a refund due to stolen or lost packages. If you have special instructions for delivery, please leave a note at checkout or email us at alisa@ebbandiv.com before purchasing.

Delivery:

We do not ship oversized furniture outside of the continental United States; however, we are happy to coordinate a pickup time with your preferred vendor. Please do not order large, heavy, over-sized items if you are outside the continental United States unless you have a carrier arranged for transport. Delivery rates are calculated by the transport companies, and we cannot control their rates. We are not responsible for any delays, missing packages, or damage that occurs during transit. If your items are insured with a carrier, it is the buyer's responsibility to file a claim should an item become lost or damaged during shipment.

Please note: Delivery companies and shippers are not affiliated with Ebb & Iv. Any delivery or shipping issue should be addressed with the delivery company directly. Payment for delivery should be made directly to the company you selected.
